“I must say, your sassiness is very amusing,” she said with a chuckle. “It’s your job to be unseen? For what purpose?” she asked curiously. He was a strange one indeed. “And that’s funny, I can kind of say the same about myself. Except it’s more like something I’m… good at…”
Its sassiness? Iblis quirked an eyebrow; it had been called many things, though sassy had not been one of them. ”… thank you,“ it replied cautiously.
"The purpose is mine alone. You needn’t worry yourself with it.” As she continued, a wry smirk found its way to Iblis’ lips. “If you’re good at it, perhaps you ought to employ it more often. You wouldn’t be caught warming your hands, at least.”
“I’m positive. You’re not inconveniencing me at all.”
She’s quick to reassure the little girl with a much warmer smile to match the sweet one on the child’s face. Sue doesn’t want her to feel badly !!! Anyways, the girl really isn’t being too extremely problematic. Setting her book to the side the young woman looks at the dark haired girl.
“What’s your name? I’m Sue.”
"Well, if you’re certain…”
Oh, well this was easy. Iblis puts its hands behind its back, glancing down at the book curiously as the woman – Sue –put it down. So she was at least a reader, which didn’t suggest total ignorance. Still, very few humans know the name 'Iblis’ unless they are Muslim, and this woman’s appearance does not suggest that.
