Sage wasn’t prone to noticing things. You could wave a flag in front of her face and she probably wouldn’t notice. The only thing that would ever get her attention was food. and probably sex.
So she hardly noticed that she was being followed. And even if she did she might not even have cared. She would have been flattered. Stalking was a type of compliment right? It was the way she would have taken it.
She turned at the voice and smiled at the face of a little girl. She’s set a little on edge staring at the girl. She wasn’t human, but Sage was unsure as to what she was and stares for a second before realizing that she was being offered a chocolate bar. Her chocolate bar. “Oh! Thank you!” She taes it from the girl with a smile, “Would you like some? I don’t mind sharing.”
“You’re welcome,” Iblis replied, putting its hands behind its back again once the chocolate bar had been taken. The girl doesn’t even seem to notice the creature had been following, which does rather take a bit of the fun out of it, though Iblis doesn’t let the smile falter.
The offer of sharing makes Iblis’ lip twitch up into a momentary grimace before shaking its head politely. “Oh, no. I’m not a fan of chocolate.” The creature could eat, if only for maintaining the guise of a human, but it greatly disliked the experience. There was something unsettling about eating to the Ifrit.
“What’s your name?”
